Candlestone Golf And Resort, Belding

I stayed at a hotel in Belding that had its strengths and weaknesses. While the rooms were quite dated and needed some serious refreshing, the service was friendly, and I had a decent sleep. If I return, I’d keep my expectations in check, but I did appreciate the welcoming staff.

I had a great experience staying at Candlestone for my daughters' high school golf team event. The staff in the pro shop were really accommodating, letting us practice late and early. The rooms were decent and the value was excellent for the price. However, a previous stay in Belding left me with some reservations due to the outdated rooms, even though the service was friendly and I slept well.
